A faster stop order for your Amazon Flex route

Flexpatch reads the stops from your itinerary in the Amazon Flex app, works out a quicker order to drive them, and shows you the next stop in a floating bubble while you work.

How it works

Flexpatch works alongside the Amazon Flex app. You keep delivering in Flex as usual.

  1. Capture your route

Tap Capture route. Flexpatch opens Flex, goes to your itinerary, scrolls through it and copies your stops, addresses, package counts and time windows. It reads only. It never taps delivery, block or cash-out buttons.

  2. Optimise

Flexpatch works out the quickest order to drive your remaining stops, keeping time windows in mind and grouping stops in the same building. You see the estimated time and miles next to Flex's own order before you decide.

  3. Follow the bubble

A small floating bubble shows your next stop over Flex and your navigation app. Tap it for the full address, package count and time window, or to open the stop in Google Maps or Waze.

Questions

Is Flexpatch made or approved by Amazon? Is it allowed?

No, Flexpatch is not made or approved by Amazon. It is an independent app, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. We can't speak for Amazon about what it allows.

You are responsible for following the Amazon Flex terms and program rules. Please read them and decide for yourself whether to use Flexpatch. Flexpatch only opens screens, reads and scrolls in the Flex app. It never taps buttons that deliver packages, accept or forfeit blocks, or cash out.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. Flexpatch is available in English and Spanish, and it can read the Flex app in either language. If Flex is set to another language, Flexpatch tells you it can't read it.

How much time will it save me?

It depends on your route. Flex's own stop order isn't always the quickest way to drive it, and on many routes a different order saves some time. Flexpatch shows you its estimate next to Flex's order, so you can judge for yourself. Estimates don't include live traffic, so real times vary.

What does it read from the Flex app, and where does that data go?

Flexpatch reads your stops, addresses, package counts, time windows, stop status and earnings from the Amazon Flex app, and nothing from any other app. Customer names are never read or stored. Your routes and earnings stay on your phone. To optimise a route, only the stops' map coordinates, time windows and package counts are sent to our server, and the server doesn't keep them. The privacy policy has the full details.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up. Premium is tied to your Google Play account, so it restores if you move to a new phone.

What happens if the Flexpatch server is down?

The app keeps working. Premium users get an estimated route worked out on the phone, labelled "estimated". Flexpatch re-optimises with the server once it's reachable again.

Is it available on iPhone or outside the US?

Not at the moment. Flexpatch is for Android phones in the United States.

How do I cancel Premium?

Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Flexpatch › Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
